Is there a secret to making discipline easier? Ali Abdaal is well known as a KZfaqr talking about productivity and other forms of personal development. Recently I've struggled with discipline, so I set out to find the methods that work best. I found Ali Abdaal's video on discipline methods and decided to give them a shot. In this video, we look at how the learning process went and also which methods work the best. The ability to discipline oneself is very important.
If you're curious about how the learning process worked, I used something called "active recall." It's where you learn something and then repeat it back in your own words. Sounds simple enough, but it's surprisingly hard. It's also incredibly effective, once you can repeat it back in your own words you basically have it. I recommend this method for learning.

Your videos are nice but you need to be more aggressive and share your polarizing views to grow...You been playing it very slow and safe. This channel in my opinion should be in the 200k at least by now!

@@AustinSchrock My suggestion is to get into controversial but important topics such as how men are getting weaker and their productivity is going down due to feminism and pornography that is almost everywhere on social media.
