yes.. you can speaking sinhala language very well and improved it .... I think this is same situation both of you and us because I am trying to speak English language very well and improving it ... also my first language is sinhala this reasons we have different accents when we are toalking two lanaugese ( don't care my grammertical mistakes and spelling mistekes )

Fact- We never say boot ekak adinawa or heels adinawa its just dhanawa dont use adinawa for that adinawa only for clothes in Sinahala. Its rare to use adinawa for boots and all.
