Is that a glitch? I get overthrows a lot which would end up giving them 4-5 runs off of singles. And it’s annoying to all hell.

when your bowling whiles the fielder is chasing the ball you gotta get your bowler to the stumps or else the fielder will chuck it for four. atleast in career mode thats how you counter the glitch
