How to get a Permanent Residency in Australia vs. Canada for international students.
Which is better Canada or Australia for international students is a question a lot of international students have.
In this video, @TaniaHemdev and Devarshi Desai from @Internash talk about how international students can apply for Permanent Residency (PR) in Canada and Australia.
A lot of international students in Canada and Australia may wish to stay in that country for a longer period of time and apply for their Permanent Residency. It is important to know how the process works early on so that international students can know their options while studying and can work towards their PR.

Job market in Australia is better than Canada. Pay rates are higher in Australia.

Can you apply for PNP first and then move to ontario like places by any method?

Even if you complete a College Diploma, you will get Canadian PR after 3 years of work permit. During the 3 years of work permit, your job does not have to be related to your study(BS/MS/College Diploma). You can even work as a taxi driver. All they want is, work and pay your taxes.

@@aravinds1705 I think it will not improve soon, the border will not open soon also, the government just wants to steal the money of students. and the market is really bad, the PR is so hard.

Gap year has nothing to do with Australian PR, so dont worry.

after graduating from your university in Australia you have 6months to apply for the 2 year graduate visa. After the 6months that opportunity expires and you cannot get graduate visa anymore and have to do master or another bacherlors for another chance for graduate visa. Graduate visa is not the only way for PR you can also apply for 491 visa or 190 visa, but both of these visas require 5+ years of experience or atleast 1-2 years of australian job experience.

Yes I did. I am in Marketing and I have friends in IT. Adelaide is growing fast so the scope is really good.

It is not free. It depends on which visa you are applying for. It would be best if you refer the home affairs website.
