Unfortunately I think he's too far up there in age to have a magical run anymore, but you never know. He was very close to ousting Murray at Wimbledon just last year and could have maybe won that one. I agree with you though, I've always felt that Jo has a level he can go to that very few players can compete with him on. He blew Nadal off the court in the semis of this tournament, he's done so to Federer on multiple occasions. It's just the consistency that is lacking. He has a legitimately ferocious all-court game though: Big serve, big forehand, above-average movement and great net play.

Same here bro, last week I was tryingto remember the first match I saw that made me love tennis, so it finally came to my mind that it was one that Djokovic won and made him the champion of Australia but I didn't remember which year it was because I was 8 years old, casually woke up at 2 am and started watching this amazing match. Since then I have loved tennis all my life and been a Djokovic die-hard fan, I remember being really happy after discovering how amazing this sport was, that night of 2008.

kind of curious as to what might've happened if tsonga had won this. would he have gone on to be one of the greatest of all time? I don't think so personally, novak is a learner at heart and I think tsonga has never adapted very much. his game has not really evolved beyond this match, even.

Wouldn't have made a difference. Just look at their respective accomplishments prior to this tournament. Djokovic had made it to the SF of the French, SF of Wimbledon and the final of the US Open in his 3 slams prior to this tournament. Tsonga on the other hand had never made it past a 4th round in a slam at this point. Point being that Djokovic was already heading in the direction of becoming dominant before ever winning this tournament and would have gotten there regardless if he won this or not. Tsonga may have been a little more successful had he won this, but ultimately the decisions that have lead to his current career would have still been the same anyways.

@@elijahdoueu5074 You're talking nonsense. One tournament means nothing. Before this tournament, Djokovic lost the finals at the US OPEN to Federer, and yet he became a great champion, because he was born to be a champion and Tsonga obviously is not. Just look at the gleam in Djokovic's eyes, which shows his intelligence while Tsonga has a blurry look, he doesn't have that gleam in his eyes. I have no intention of insulting or underestimating, but Djokovic is a far more intelligent player than everyone else, and that enabled him to become one of the greatest in the history of tennis in the era of two of the greatest tennis players by then.

Rafa fans make excuses when we say he destroyed fit rafa in 2011..They say he was out of his prime..Well I don't think out of prime guy would make 5 consecutive GS final appearances from FO 2011 to 2012 FO only time nadal did it in his career..And I didn't know athletes get out of their prime at the age of 24.. Now they say djoker would never beat 2008 nadal..Well djoker did beat nadal in 2008 in ciniciti masters.. While nadal never defeated djoker in 2011 in his best year.. Thing is rafa and fed fans mske excuses after excuses to make djokovic look weak. . Thank god tennis experts aren't deluded like fans they have given nole place among them..

Yes it is hard to find, intolerance and allergy aren't the same thing at all, it's easy to detect an allergy because the immune system intervenes and a blood test shows that, but determinate an intolerance is the cause of some symptoms can take a lot of time, there is no medical test permitting to discover intolerance, you have to to eliminate one by one every aspects you suspect to be the cause in your life to figure out. Intolerance cause tired, sadness, difficulty of recovery, ect... Basically it affects your performance, you still can be efficient with an intolerance but you won't be the best version of yourself at all for sure.
