It’s not very common that the guy benching 200kg is the weakest guy in the room, but today that was my reality.
Today was Graham Hicks first day in Australia after a whole day of flying from the UK so we eased him into training with a “light” bench press session to ease him into the training camp. Rhyss Joined him with a few easy sets of 220kg bench press for reps while I was only benching 200kg.
We also discuss the way we warm up as well as the way we structure our upper body training for strong and healthy shoulders 💪🏼
