Good video I just bought it and I thought I’d return it because I thought it only worked for you see smart electromechanical work and it confronted me daily with cars that don’t have keys thanks for the video

It would have been interesting to see the Ford 350 with the IM508 or IM608 after it failed with the KM100. Thanx for you time with this video Jay. (Howdy Birdman)

@pedro72246 He knows I have the IM508 also. He was hinting to see if it would fail with that machine also.

Hey I’m an auto locksmith as well like your self what I do on most bladed Honda keys is all keys lost then just add all present keys ,add key almost always fails for some reason.

What if you erase and have a problem with the car adding keys back in ? I have seen guys have problems where no keys will go back in. I like to play it safe and not take a chance on stranding a customer.

@@locksny if any failure it won’t erase any keys it’s happened as you said to me and old key continued to work.

@@locksny I under the cautiousness trust me on any other vehicle types I rarely erase all keys this is just for Honda and Acuras

i always do reset immobilizer function when this happens and always works@@locksny

Nice synopsis of the KM100 Jay! Eeeeesh.. that was painful to watch on the ‘11 CRV. I just grab the easy peasy Autek IKey for those so yeah Autel needs some Honda updating.

I had problems with a few of the older Fords. I just didn't record all of them.

Dude, are you sure you are a locksmith? On Hondas, if you turn off the ignition completely when it says ignition off, you will get this error. When it says ignition off, you must put the AC to position 1, you must do this every time it says ignition off.

Hello thanks for the video,i am the owner Swift towingservice outa northern nj, i pick cars up from auction ,police pounds ,and i donlock out s this is something i would love to add to my service , what i want to know is you still have to cut or make the key before you program it, with this computer key programer you need a key cutting machine ,and where do by blank to program and push start blanks

I haven't really got into the VVDI except for cloning. I know a few guys who have it who were saying it doesn't do what they said it would do.

Thank you for such a detail video and showing your routine !Do you recommend me this tool?Currently I own a IM608 pro and I was offered a km100 for cheap.One question about the Chrysler 300 that car didn’t start did you charged the client or you pass .I had few clients who complained when they car wouldn’t start and they didn’t wanna pay for the job.Thanks again

I have mazda 3 2015 all kye lost I programmed a new universal Autel key using Autel km100 after I programmed the car and it starts normally but the kye warning light still goes on any help 😔
