【Ingredients/amount】
Firm tofu---2
Ground pork---160 g
Green onion----1
Vegetable oil---100 ml
Grain Japanese pepper---desired amount
A)ーーーーーーーーーーーーー
Ginger (grated)---1
Garlic (grated)----1
Salt and pepper----a little per each
Douchi (chopped)---1 Tbsp
Chinese chili bean sauce---1/2 Tbsp
Sweet soy sauce----------------3 Tbsp
Soy sauce---------------------------1.5 Tbsp
Shaoxing rice wine--------------½ Tbsp
Chicken soup stock------------150 ml
Chili powder(grain)---------a little

Potato starch with water-----Potato starch 1 Tbsp + Water 2 Tbsp
Japanese pepper powder----desired amount
Chili pepper powder (grain)--desired amount
【Cooking process】
①Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add grained Japanese pepper to flavor oil, and take them out to a drainer.
②Cut firm tofu into dices, boil them with salt.
③Pour back the ①’s vegetable oil in a frying pan, put in ground pork and fry it up, add A in order and mix them all up.
④Add ②’s tofu in ③ and simmer it.
⑤Chop the white part of green onion finely, cut the green part in half vertically and cut them diagonally.
⑥Add the chopped green onion and ①’s grained Japanese pepper in ④, add potato starch with water to make it thick, decorate it and sprinkle Japanese pepper powder, chili pepper powder, and cut green onion.
【Tip】
*Boil the tofu in advance so that it keeps its shape, absorbs taste better, and gets warm inside.
