I used to think that all Autistics were good & ethical & kind hearted and always had good intentions & never meant to be rude like me, but unfortunately that’s another misconception because I found out there is a lot of autistics that are rude and mean and cruel & lie to their own convenience and choose to find excuses to their behaviors and these kinds of reinforcements makes them believe that it’s ok to go through life never changing. I met so many and unfortunately, it’s true.

Yes it's a bit more than the stereotype. Yes we can lie and some it's a nurture thing vs nature. They may learn that is how you get things in life or are taught it's about self or your interests which yes can lead to less care for others and manipulation still like others. We are still human. No exempt from doing wrong. For me personally it's a very difficult thing to do harm but I've gone through plenty and made wrong choices. Kinda like we "cant have trauma" or mental health lol like wtf where is the science with that. So if I'm abused and autistic I'll he the same as any other autistic stereotypes. Its soo backwards and wrong with those perspectives. I dont disagree. Thanks again

I see the same info all over social media, but I honestly disagree. I know that there is some ppl that have pervasive trouble with anxiety & eye contact, and for them it’s understandable. But most of the autistics I know, don’t do eye contact because of their ADD, I noticed through my life that making an effort with eye contact, helps me pay more attention to what they are saying. Unfortunately, I have trouble paying attention and that’s the reason why I have trouble doing eye contact. I know that there is a little bit of getting nervous when you don’t know the person and we don’t know how to behave many of the times. But there should be no shame in enforcing eye contact, It’s something that help me a lot, just how ppl shouldn’t judge ppl for not doing eye contact.

I respect your opinion and dont disagree but guess I'm a great devil's advocate bc I know everyone has a different way of going about it. So I can put myself in their shoes and understand it rather than get pissed off and deny. That kinda goes along with some of my growth though. Not all autistics have add so not all would he helpful. And they can talk just fine and pay attention all at the same time. I have mmoments. But I have combined adhd so also see your side on that it's why I also said I need to try and practice so they see I'm paying attention and respect their needs as well. It also depends on the social setting for me as well. Not that I do things different everywhere but there is less pressure in some places than others and I dont feel pushed to do that or they know I'm autistic and we flow with it. 1 autistic is 1 autistic. Some of these might help more but not a few on this particular topic. But could help them understand their other autistic friends. It's a bigger picture. I dont agree with everything I see or hear but I take the parts that I do and put it towards my growth. So I see what your saying. Thanks for the commentary.

@@divergent_foxx Hi, I do get your point, I tend to be the devils advocate a lot too & the eye contact seems to be different for everyone, but for me enforcing it has been of great benefit! So I always encourage it as well, lol. But I don’t like to make ppl feel bad when they don’t do it or can’t.

@@UnapologeticFranchfries we are on similar clouds floating different ways. I get what you mean for sure. It's hard to say one thing to help others without someone being offended in how they take it. I just hope I'm helping both sides the best i can. Bc i come from many sides i try to support them all. That's why I bring in mental health as well. And I've had to trial and error a lot of things. And there are some aspies that are very different than me even being neurodiverse still individuals with individual needs. Not all have adhd and some dont have as many learning disabilities or they may require more help in social areas where I tend to adapt in from practicing and learning. But guess it's why also good so many autistic advocates coming out sharing their stories and what has helped them so if what I have doesnt work or i know someone else they may understand more i can send them that direction.
