ok so if I'm understanding this video correctly, This the manual way to fulfill my orders if I have not purchased an automated package selected w/ auto DS? I simply don't have funds to do automation yet but I definitely will as soon as I start getting orders?

Thanka for your deep explanation. My issue with autods as i have been using it recently is that when someone order more than 1 item from my store ( it is obvious that they are assigned with one order number in shopify) however in Autods you see it as multiple orders.. also it dosent show the order number that you have on shopify

Hi! You have to log into your buyer account to fulfill the orders. We suggest using Fulfilled by AutoDS so that you won’t need to log into your own buyer accounts and process orders within the AutoDS dashboard. Hello! Yes, you understood correctly. AutoDS does provide an automatic ordering system. When a customer places an order in your store, AutoDS will automatically place the order with your supplier and handle the payment process using the funds you’ve added to your portal. Hi there, you can but you will have to create an order from your online selling channel so it syncs to AutoDS. You can try creating a draft order with your information, you can mark it as paid in Shopify admin without actually paying it on Shopify checkout so it syncs to AutoDS and pay the item to the supplier for shipping. I am getting a Unmonitored Status after adding product. I can see the customers username and qty ordered but how do I know for sure it is shipped by Auto DS. I sent in ticket 6 AM haven't heard back yet. I just need to kjnow what to do next to be sure the order goes out.

i got auto fulfillment but the buyer account is a different email to what i logged in with, the buy id says FBA order although i ordered through ali express, estimated arrival date is the next day after the product was ordered although it said 5 day delivery on aliexpress, did not recieve an order confirmation email, and i got charged $10 more than the ali express listing says.

Hi, I need urgent help. I got an order from a specific guy who ordered 4 of the same product. I’m trying to fulfill his order but under “status” on his order it comes up with “Error”…. It says that it says this because “the total price of the order 235.55 on the buy site is higher than the maximum purchase order price you have set 155.76. You can force order it to ignore the setting by choosing ‘Send to Auto Order.’ I have clicked this multiple times but it still isn’t fulfilling his order. What can I do to fix this?

Hello! If the orders are from the same supplier, the packages will most likely get sent together. If it’s multiple orders from different suppliers, each package will arrive separately.

Hey there! In dropshipping, you don't have to buy the product yourself upfront. Here's how it works: You list a product on your online store from a supplier. When a customer places an order, you then purchase the product from the supplier, who ships it directly to the customer. You only order the product from the supplier after you've already secured payment from the customer. Hope that clears things up! 😊

If I use one of the 20 verified vendors such as Aliexpress for a more competitive price and my suppliers run out of inventory, will I need to find a new supplier or will AutoDs and fulfillment take care of that?
