I am currently building my business using Auto Ds and they have zero transparency. Is a legit company I just wish they were honest about what it will take to actually run it

Though you might need to wait, you can fulfill orders anytime in AutoDS so they are shipped right away by your suppliers. Credits= -1 credit per auto order they do Balance = the money used to buy the product they purchased for auto ship Refill balance with your money you made from your profits Rinse and repeat

Hey there! 😊 This is separate from any billing information established in your Shopify store. The balance in AutoDS is specifically for order fulfillment through the ‘Fulfilled by AutoDS’ service. When you load balance to your AutoDS account, it allows the system to process everything for you. The entire life span of the order will be handled for you: placing the order, updating tracking, and processing a return label when needed. Hope it's clear now. 🙌

Does autoDS automatically ‘delists’ items if the supplier is out? What I mean is does Shopify store or eBay store that’s connected to AutoDS automatically de-list’s items from stores that suppliers no longer have in stock or do I have to manually do that? How long does it take to go from ordered to shipping ? SO when I topup my LOAD BALANCE in auto DS to do everything for me. I get charged 29 dollars for 1 product ordered from Amazon now will the 29 dollars come back to me or a part of the profit I get for a sale or this is just another cost which i will need to adjust my pricing for me to be able to get a good profit. It doesnt make any sense if I need to pay 29 dollars load balance per order then my profit on that particular product is only 12 dollars. Hi there, As far as I understand, I'm concerned about the $29 charge when you top-up your load balance in AutoDS and whether or not this fee will be refunded or included in my profit for a sale. Note that the $29 fee is a separate cost that I will need to adjust my pricing for to ensure a good profit. Unfortunately, this fee is not refundable and is a necessary cost for using the AutoDS platform. Example I only earn $12 profit to an amazon product then everytime theres an order I have to load balace $29 for each product to be processed? please clarify this is confusing for me and not a good way to make money .

I feel so stressed. I paid the monthly fee, add balance and credits, filled out everything on auto fulfilled, paying for automation, and my order is sitting there since Sunday and no one is doing anything and when I ask, they don’t answer the question they just say somebody will get back to me, I’m super stressed

3 Questions before purchasing plan: 1: Is it possible to set multiple suppliers for 1 store, e.g. I want to source from amazon, etsy and bangood for my Ebay store? 2: When we set auto-fulfilment for a store. Does the AutoDS automatically find & select ordered products from selected supplier store? or it does from our selected seller links? 3: I want to sell digital products from Etsy TO Ebay, Amazon & Shopify store. The digital products are fulfilled instantly. Is this possible to sell digital items using AutoDS?

Here's how you can add a supplier to your AutoDS account➞ help.autods.com/how-to-add-a-supplier 2. When you set auto-fulfillment for a store, we automatically process orders for you. The entire life span of the order will be handled for you: placing the order, updating tracking, and processing a return label when needed. However, it's important to note that you need to load balance to your AutoDS account for this service. 3. We recommend you check with the specific supplier or reach out to our support for more details about selling digital products from Etsy to eBay, Amazon & Shopify stores.

Yes I have and they say someone will get back to me. My first order was Sunday today’s Friday and I’m not getting any help. That’s why I am asking you I know how to get help with the ticket. Auto D S. Which means automated drop shipping but it’s not automated because nothing is happening and I don’t look very good with Amazon.

Why are variants counted as individual products. It says I can upload 100 products but because 1 product has 5 variations as in colour/size yous count that as 5 products uploaded to store. So in reality i can only upload 20 because each product has different variations. That makes no sense.

Hi! I'm unsure by what you mean but when customers pay on checkout the money goes to the bank tied in your selling channel. So we don't collect customer payments and would need to fulfill the order in AutoDS by adding store credits or manually fulfilling using your buyer account. I was in discord and someone said Hi guys 2 questions 1.does tracking with Aquiline work in Australia? 2. Is non API auto ds the way to go for eBay dropshipping or API version? I'm hearing alot of stories saying you get flagged if you link And your reply to them was You get flagged for dropshipping with or without a tool What do use been by your answers you get flagged with a without a tool and there not a lot off help in the discord about eBay more complaints and no answers

Are you the owner of this AutoDS? You should seriously let us add our own amount to our balance. Cause this minimum of $50 is stressing me out and making me not continue. I mean you already took out $200 from my account the first month how am I supposed to feel confident about staying here?? Edit: Gonna be spending $300 this month on this app and I’ve only made $10 dollars off profit. 😂 like come on. You can atleast let us load our own balance price.
