They actually had tons of them. Through the app you could get them for about 3 hours. The website never went live. I know of atleast 5 people who got them not counting myself.

Yep! Amazon. Flat plug extension cords (you can get them in short lengths, I use the 12" here, but depending on how much room you have or if you want them to hang out the bottom of the board, you can go longer)

Can you use the same waste container as the Trident and will those waste values combine telling you when its time to empty 1 container ? Don't want to have 2 waste containers.

Probably will stop working after 4 months like the original Trident ask me how I know.Been through 2 Tridents I have removed my Trident from my system.Not worth the problems.

So, what's the point of Neptune pushing out a video of them manufacturing a ton of Trident NP, only to go on the website on day one, and EVERY online retailer shows OUT of STOCK? One (Aqarium Speciality) took my money/order last week, and I am requesting my money back because they said they had been promised 40, and only ONE came...smdh

Oh how the mighty have fallen. You went from selling, testing and giving unbiased reviews to whatever this mess is. Now it seems like you only test or review something you partially or fully own. How can anyone trust anything out of your mouth when you stop selling things that are competing against products you own? I bought a HOB skimmer/fuge because you are separating ways with Aquamaxx it went on sale and a week after I buy it I see the exact same thing on your website but it’s made by Aquaready which is owned by Aperture which is who owns BRS. I think it’s finally time that it’s admitted you guys sold your soul for a buck and all of the FB groups have caught on and that’s where a good chunk of the hobby hangs out to BS. I personally think I am done listening to your advice unless it’s something I know you don’t have your hands in. Another one is I love Hydros and like this video here you only talk about Neptune systems. Hopefully you can get your soul back but as long as you own the things you review you can’t be trusted to be unbiased.
