I love that you’re excited for the DLC, but come on. Automated car wash can’t be the endgame for this. You gotta decorate, clean and paint the warehouse, and construct all the landscape. Please!

1, hire the painter to repaint everything, 2 arrange all your shelves and fill all of them, including the repair bays, 3 clear all the trash from the wear house and your upstairs bedroom, 4 empty all the trash and dumpsters and fill the fuel, you will see how nice it looks, and when you have done all that then you are worthy of having a chance to run the airport 🤭

If you check in the settings there are options for "Dennis Vandalizing walls" and "Sandstorm Events" that may be affecting dennis and sand piles not appearing.

It's basically getting your Gas Station up to where you don't have to do anything and get to relax... However, once you get the Air Strip DLC... You'll need the funds to keep up on for the Planes... (Not a spoiler) :P

Automated Carwash needs to be used 137 times to repay its cost. Its a money sink, you will stop playing the game before the carwash starts to give profit.

I'm not sure if its worth it. Sure you make money automatically, but by this point you've pretty much bought everything and paid off your loan. I just wish the auto-washer came at a sooner upgrade, and then from their you could upgrade it further instead of it being the very last thing.

I'd have just bought a bunch more shelves and stocked em all for free profit. Even with the workers it's annoying because you have to keep restocking stuff, but that's because you only have one shelf of each type. Your interior is big enough now to go wall-to-wall with shelves and keep like 500 candy bars and bottles of beer on hand, then you could go afk for hours while your employees make money for you. The garage is a little diffrent, since the stock is so expensive and you can't store many spare parts.
