after taking the pictures, don't immediately upload them and set the price then list/publish it, go to the office first, then while outside, open your tablet and then add the pictures, set the price and list/publish the listing THERE. and now the potential renters won't complain about being kept waiting.

the auction works by bidding containers u dont know whats in the container, thats why it has a huge risk when bidding with a higher amount

Most of the idiosyncrasies of this game would not have made sense to me a couple of years ago, but I have been living in Japan for the past 4 years and this game is soooooo Japanese! The vending machine, the key truck, the different recycle boxes…totally commonplace here.
