Here, using a fully automatic mini oil mill plant of 6 tons capacity with 2400 litter, we are extracting groundnuts twice for the best extraction.
In the first crushing, we need more steam heating. 12- 15% oil is remaining in the pre-pressed cake and after the first crushing such cake of approx. 10 mm, width is transmitted to the other oil expeller machine where it is crashing once again. During the first crushing, you extract about 80% oil.
Now in the second crushing, pressing the cake with more pressure. Now, this cake's thickness is approx. 3 mm means it reduces around 7%. Now you extract 20% oil which means full extraction is performed after the second crushing process.
