Tom, Thanks it works. My problem is. Saving to OneDrive is prohibitive. I need to use Sharepoint only to share with everyone else. A single Sharepoint folder to permanently store all the PDFs in. Can't figure around this. Any ideas?

Nice vid. But it should be pointed out that the 'Populate MS Word template' connector is a premium licence connector.

Probably a Launch("varLinkFIle"), the flow answer with the "Link to Item",

Hi, can the excel file contain pictures and table as datasource for the power app? Do we need excel as “backbone” or data source in SharePoint if we use word as template?

Thanks for your video. It’s really easy to follow. I am the beginner of power apps. I want to know the demo is using automated flow or instant flow. Also, how can we auto populate a word document from radio button in power apps?

For this specific flow we are using instant with a power apps trigger. You could use any trigger (automated or instant for example), but using a radio button in power apps would be instant and would be set to the “onchange” or “on tick” function of the radio button :) if you get stuck, happy to do another quick video!

Is it possible to pass a table of data (gallery, html) from PowerApps to a table in MS Word? For example, I want to send an inventory list to a client - in PowerApps I select that inventory parameters, the client's name, and click send and PowerApps would initiate a Power Automate flow which would receive the client's name info and the inventory list and place it into a nice, formatted table in MS Word. The list would vary in length (columns would be constant) depending on the client and selection parameters. Thoughts?

Hi! You absolutely can add repeating tables and pass arrays through the automate flow to fill a table in word. Likewise, we’re currently working on full formatting through logic apps if it’s something you’d like to discuss separately 😊🎉

I really want to like this solution, but I'm finding my app takes up to 20 seconds to show some PDFs. Any tips?

That sounds like some heavy PDFs Corey! Do they have to be opened in the app or could you look to launch them from the app instead?!

@@power365solutions8 they're only 1 page documents. I just changed the way I'm finding the documents and brought it down to 2 seconds. But what is your advice for looking up a document?
