Automation of Pneumatic Cylinders by Limit Switch

The limit switch is a component in the pneumatic system which is used to detect the position of any object by physical contact. In this video, we are showing the uses of limit switches to automate the double-acting pneumatic cylinder.

Sir ...........agar hame 6 second ka delay karna hai tho..... between two cylinder tho kaise karenge.....kya limit switch ki jaga sensor use ho sakta hai.....

Agar aap kewal pneumatic use kar rahe hain to aapko time dependent valve ( pneumatic timer) lagana padega.... Aur agar aap electro-pneumatic use kr rahe hain to aap limit switch k place pe reed switch ya koi proximity sensor ke sath electronic timer ka use kar sakte hai.... delay time aap dono type k system mai manually set kar sakte hain....

Upar vala jo cylinder he osme limit switch nahi or niche vala cylinder ki jab piche vali limit switch cut hoti te tab auto me upar vala cylinder piche chala jata he
