In the third and final episode of series Brady Haislet, 3M application engineer, finishes the repair by applying clear coat using the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun.

Wear proper PPE: safety glasses, protective gloves, respirator and whatever else you need for the job. This video is intended for a professional setting such as a body shop or paint shop. Make sure to check OEM recommendations to confirm you’re using the correct adhesive for the job.

Two coats or three? Must be wet on wet depending on TDS for the unknown clear used. But, overall good advice. I don’t know why they choose to excuse the talented DIYers! A thousand cars & trucks will be painted this next weekend by this crowd. In business, this is called a loss of market share.

@@donnareed3822 Piss poor excuses do not create a company liability. Their are many who paint, do body work or use chemicals everyday in body shops across the nation. It is simply a CYA move. The EPA banned sales of methylene chloride in paint remover as their excuse was 41 souls lost their life from 1976 to 2018. 165 children lose their life to hair spray, but not banning it. The truth is an excuse because they cannot track the disposal of the waist. An unelected body of people we pay their vacation, sick days, wages and all the other benefits like 13 days paid off days. It is excuse to control hundreds of thousands of pros and DIYers that are not stupid. But those in government never ask anybody in the industry because they are soo much smarter than everyone near them. Sad! Loosing our Liberties daily!
