I like those gp fuses, I just spoke to Samuel last night and he helped me eliminate the squealing and voltage drop that I was getting. Very helpful indeed. Love these auto tech alts..

Yeah he's a good dude! And I got those GP ceramic fuses in my trunk too. Good quality fuses without that SMD price lol.

Yeah thats what mine is. But it's like 307 amps. It's a custom situation. But it's nice!

Sundowns in benz🤦🏾🤷🏿 I can't imagine how it's going to destroy that car! The air ride tail lights break light on the trunk to name few....I had 2 12w6s on 2k and the breaking shyt gets old real fast!

I have a 06 E350 I’m running 2 12’s hectic series nemesis looking to upgrade my alternator as well. Who would I need to hit up for that? I’m in the Dallas,tx. Area

I would buy one from autotech and then take it to a shop to be put on if u don't know how.

@@1ohmwrecker bet Preciate that info bro I’m gonna put it on my self bc I’m a Mercedes’ tech, but I went to auto tech website and didn’t see the Mercedes’ model when asked for car info so I’m assuming I have to call them to build one

@@gminor21 oh I see lol. Nah just call em up. MAKE SURR TO HAVE THEM SET IT AT 600RPM CUZ OUR CAR IDLES LOWER THAN MOST. I had to sent it back and all kinds of bs.

@@gminor21 Mercedes tech, dig that. I have an 09’ s550. Which battery should I use for the power wire for my amp? There’s one under the hood for the starter and one in the trunk for electrical.

Sound pretty good but it's too small. That's the next thing I'm gonna attack. Probably gonna go with a 4th order.

@@RomaVilla yeah just sucks it's already so heavy I use the crane at work to get the box out of my trunk lol. It's like 250lbs. And my car sags pretty significantly in the back from the weight so I may have to do something about that first🤷‍♂️

@@1ohmwrecker damn, crazy heavy. I always wonder how people move those sundown subs around by themselves. I can only imagine the struggle to move those subs in and out the trunk but that crane sounds like it comes in handy for sure. How's the lithium doing?

@@RomaVilla I haven't put it in yet. Still got 75lbs of xs power back there lol🤦‍♂️ I'm gonna upgrade to LTO. W the new alt, my voltage is too high for headway anymore. I'm just gonna use it in my trailblazer.
