I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

This is my favorite video! It has everything, and you put everything together perfectly! I loved how you mixed in the flash backs, the tank evolution, picking vegetables in the garden, and cleaning them in the sink! You filmed setting up the tent, cooking, a walk in the woods, sleeping peacefully---just everything! You made the greatest compilation! Thank you for all the work!

That scar on the tree looks kinda similar to a tree near my house as a kid that got struck by lightning. The path the lightning took to the ground was carved out, although it wasn't as wide so its probably not it but it brought up that awesome memory. They unfortunately cut down the tree when someone bought that plot of land and wanted to build something there. They cut down the whole patch of woods and did nothing with it. Really awesome video!

Don't forget to cure your potatoes for a few weeks if you want good flavors, don't wash them while they're curing. Also if you left potatoes in the ground, you basically have volunteer potatoes forever. Baby corn are good to eat, if they are still tender enough you can even chop up the whole cob and put into it into a soup.

If you do that, and then "cure" them for a week or so using some wire racks/screens and good ventilation then they can last even longer in storage. You can do something similar with winter squash (cushaw, pumpkins, etc.) to make them last 2-4 months in the pantry!

It's may too late to say this, but for your stock tank planters, you can make low tunnels with pvc pipes, and cover them with garden frost cloth, and optionally for added protection an additional layer of greenhouse plastic, it would keep pepper plants alive.

You always have great videos. Thank you for making them. For me its nostalgic. I watch these and can be transplanted back in time. I grew up in the woods in Connecticut and spent a lot if time camping up in Adirondacks and visited my Uncle in Maine. I would study the east coast wildlife reading a lot of trail guides and books since we didnt have the internet when I was a kid in the 80s and early 90s. I moved to Arizona and now have a ton of wildlife adventures here. But I do miss New England a lot. I am not a tough yankee and hate the cold and snow. Plus it's too expensive back home and I can live much more affordably out here in Arizona. So I watch your videos and get nostalgic and am always happy to see the wildlife you film. Thanks so much for your very entertaining videos.

Arizona does have a great deal of wildlife to deal with and learn about. I loved it. I was at the South Rim of the Canyon for years. Met a few deer. Lots of Kaibab squirrels. Even a couple pink rattlesnakes lol .what I hated were the tarantulas 😮, I was a GRA and when I super cleaned a room... We would find them.... Oh and bats were fun too lol I didn't see scorpions until I went to southern AZ. Oh the birds were awesome too. The Ravens were huge. I loved watching them hit the air currents over the canyon. I would sit in my room at Victor Hall and watch the skunks go into Victor Annex, to drink water in the showers. Sometimes the cowboys ran out the other end in various states of dress. I miss Arizona still.

Please use a pitch fork to dig potatoes! The hoe and shovel will cut the potatoes. Carrots need really sandy soil with loam to grow straight. I was cursed with clay soil and couldn’t grow a carrot to save my life. Keep those root vegetables under the ground as long as you can! They can survive a few frosts as long as the ground doesn’t freeze. Thanks for sharing the animal footage!!
