AUTUMN DAY IN THE LIFE | new in primark, huge primark haul & a cosy day at home 🍂

Hello my loves 🍂🤎 I hope you enjoy this cosy vlog, we go shopping in Primark, I share with you all THE best Primark haul ever! & we enjoy lots of cosy moments at home! 🍂

Slow cooker beef recipe
1 onion, chopped
5 carrots, halved
2 bay leaves
1/3 pack of fresh thyme
2 tbsp tomato purée
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 beef stock pots with 400ml water
600g braising beef
2 tbsp cornflour
-brown the onion, carrots in a frying pan (or the inside of your slow cooker on the hob!) in some olive oil, until softened
-coat the beef with the cornflour & add to the pan, also brown!
-add to the slow cooker the tomato purée, Worcestershire sauce, beef stock water & the fresh thyme
-cook on medium heat in the slow cooker for 4-6 hours
-enjoy with buttery mash, Yorkshires and some seasonal veg!

SO IMPORTANT. Sometimes with depression it is hard to do. It’s different for everyone but for me, it can be hard to simply just do. I just wanted to tell you that you’re helping lives. I put on your videos and I’m inspired to have a coffee or I put your video on while I get up and take small steps like wash my face etc. your videos help me romanticizes the little steps I take when a I wake up with a spiral. Noah 🥰 stole the show today 🤗 he looks so scrumptious, yes I need a cuddle. The lounge ……once again Jamie has worked his magic, when you did the bedroom I was so inspired, now the lounge really does look wonderful can’t wait for the new light . Gemma.... First, I have to tell you your hair is absolutely stunning. So beautiful. The color is gorgeous as well. I love when you show us all the things that you've purchased and where you've gone. All the candles and all the things for your autumn decor. And you did great at Primark. Really nice things and so inexpensive. Beautiful. I loved seeing Noah in his little Winnie the Pooh jumper. He looked so precious and he's growing. So please tell Jenny I think he did an a beautiful job in the living room with the panels. 18:30 as long as the inner part of your slow cooker is metal ❤️ I did that and the inner part of mine was ceramic, it broke from the heat and then caught fire - I was browning pancetta and the fat caught fire. Thankfully I already knew to use baking soda (bicarbonate of soda) to put a grease fire out (never water) and everything was ok but phew it was scary.

I’m happy you changed your mind about making the rooms join up with an arch. Only because you did the beautiful built ins in the dining room with a tv. It seemed like it would be a bit confusing to also have a tv in the living room, essentially two on the same wall. Your plan is beautiful. Can’t wait to see it come together and with Christmas decorations! I think you also need some nice linen curtains in the living room

Hi Gemma, we found Worzels while we were away, unfortunately when we go there they had a problem with the gas so couldn’t get a hot meal but the staff were lovely and we settled for coffee and a desert, I told them I had just driven for hour and a half and you had recommended them and Liam said he know you. It is a lovely place and pumpkins everywhere. I hope you will film if you take Noah to the pumpkin patch. I loved the seasonal places you took Noah last year. Looking forward to watching todays vlog. Glad Noah has settled into nursery well xx

Awh Gemma I’ve been so poorly too! I’ve been sick for going on 3 weeks now. I have bronchitis and laryngitis . I literally can’t talk lol sometimes it comes thru for a minute but goes again. And when my son went to first day of school 15 years ago I went in with him and he set down at table and said you can leave now mom 😢 now he’s a daddy to his own beautiful little 6 month old son

REPTILE is not a movie you watch in sections...you have to watch the entire movie in one sitting but in the end, you will love it! I did anyway. Noah in his snuggly hoodie was adorable!! Took me back to when my boys were that little...they're both men now and they're both getting Blanket Hoodies for Christmas because some things never change and they are still my little babies. Omg I just noticed you got some lovely new ear piercings 😍 I only have one piercing in each ear lobe and I wanted to get a few more so I’ve been looking at what people have and I just noticed yours today! There's definitely a nip in the air and an early frost out at 5am on the back lawn I've missed these cooler days too 👏😄🎉 I agree veggie Percy's are elite their Percy Jam cream biscuits too for a pound are amazing curiosly cinnamon is a must for autumn and I agree cereal is always a supper meal for me 😂💖

Gemma, me again! Since the Christmas tree is going in the living, maybe you can revisit removing the wall between the living and dining/kitchen area. I know you put the tree to the right of the fireplace … if the wall came down you could put the tree to the left of the fireplace. That way you could see the tree from the kitchen/dining area. You spend more time in those areas anyway. Something to consider. 😉😊

Noah is so adorable and cute, he makes my heart melt. It makes me want to have another baby. But I'm pretty sure my body wouldn't cope so well. I have 1 son he's 6. With my pregnancy I had gestational diabetes, and a traumatic birth with lots of blood loss. Then I got postpartum phycosis so yeah 😅😂 my first child experience. I have fully recovered from it all, but definitely puts you off. My son has autism and ADHD aswell, he's just started watching your channel with me and he loves your baking and he's looking forward to the upcpming Christmas content. ❤
