Been there a couple of times. I remember running rabbit dogs with Steve Fielder, and Todd Kellam. Steve bragged about his $800 beagle. I drew him in a cast, man that $800 dog could cover some ground on tail of some deer. Lol, I felt a bit bad for him, but kind of chuckled. Now my son goes every year, chasing the dream.

I’d like to do the hunt at autumn oaks for sure. Hopefully ukc has me do it in the future. It’s a great event I know a lot of people would be interested in preserving that history

I have never been to a "pro" hunt . I hope to make it to grand America. But I know myself. If there is a trader's row .... I will come home with a hound or two ....
