That last place is much better than the place you showed in that $700per month video. That place was pretty decent, especially when factoring in the amenities like the pool

15000 per month for the 1st one with no view and no high end amenities is A RIPP OFF. Do not rent it. Os. I am Thai who owns 2 condos both in BKK and Chonburi.

Yeah it does seem high, do you think the fact the price includes electric, wifi and water makes a difference, or still too high?

I find the 15,000 bhat condo well overpriced even with the added extras. For 10,000 bhat a month you can get a good quality condo. Sorry.

Yeah but this did include electric, water and internet so more like a 12k rental price, but yeah it probably should be cheaper.

The last one for B4,500 is great value.SR Condo i have visited before .The Lobby looks decent and its only 5 to 8 minutes by bike to City center .

Good selections, and not too far out. 15K with all utilities and wifi is not bad at all. Think this next trip we will be in hotels, but next winter we will be definitely staying another year. Thanks for alleviating some of the homesickness 🤙

Yeah probably would be mate, main low season starts around April to October I think but maybe a bit earlier in Chiang Mai

430 for the first one is not a good value at all. Way overpriced. especially for the crappy building. especially in chang mai. You can get one 3 times nicer in Pattaya or Bangkok

Yeah but bear in mind this included electric and water which could be $100 a month if you use the AC moderately.
