Turned the lights down low for this one and the highlight the fuck UP! I hope you guys liked this tutorial yay! It was SO SO damn easy you guys. You asked for an easier one so here you go! omg i just did something like this! im a baby character costume makeup kinda artist and this was the 2nd thing i ever tried to do! i had so much glitter all over my table by the time i was done. That is amazing. I dressed as a mermaid 3 years ago and I also glued some sequins to my face, but it didn't look as cool as your makeup work. Also, when I saw the intro I thought that green shine was Jeffree's highlighter in mint condition.
