it still amazes me what the 3d artists did with this groundbreaking movie!!! I can't even imagine what the sequel will look like. I hope its more animals and plant life, plus I wanna see what the pandoran fish look like!!!! :D

The scene where Neytiri is yelling at Jake, I hated that part, because in a way it's sad. When ever I see it, it just hurts and I feel so bad, so when I watch the movie I skip that scene. For some reason it just really hits me where it hurts when I see that part. I know it probably sounds silly, that I get that way over a scene in a movie, but I just can't help it.

Soooo beautiful. Thank you for bringing this masterpiece . I love this movie with all of my heart.

Yeahhhh.... Id do what Jake did. And not because of anything other than, who the fuck would want to go back to earth(either version, ours now, or their more metropolized version in 2154), when you get to see Pandora?? An entirely bioluminescent planet, where all living things share a common bond with one another, that is tangible? Oh, yeah, and the person who you end up with, you two can nuerally link yourselves together. There is nothing we can feel as human that approaches that level of intimacy. Wish I was there now to be honest.

3 months from now they'll come out with the "Extended Collector's Special Edition that has all the scenes completed. Save your hard earned money for that one.

In the soon "AVATAR" sequels, that James Cameron will be directing them. They'll be bringing back some original cast members like "Sam Worthington", "Zoe Saldana", "Sigourney Weaver" & "Stephen Lang". Think in "Avatar 2" RDA will be coming back, since they're desperate of getting more of the "Pandora" planet resources. It would take them 5 yrs for them to come back in a space flight. Wonder what would "Jake & Neytiri" kids would be like. Will they have a son or daughter maybe twins. Anyway let's be looking forward of seeing Avatar Sequels yet come.

this would been a great ending scene here..after jake and na'vi have taken back their land and force the skypeople to go back to earth, and showing that the Na'vi people and the forest are healing, also jake and founds out he's going to be a father. Which leads to a another Avatar Movie, they'll start making it next year and another in late 2012.

The New Life scene is exactly as per the 2007 screenplay, but the scene of Neytiri's pregnancy was never fully rendered. I wonder how much it would have cost to fully render that scene? For some reason the 'love scene' at the Tree of Voices got trimmed. They do make Tsahaylu, but how Tsu'tey could tell they also mated back at Hometree is not apparent, not even in the 2007 screenplay.

The music you hear at 3:42 as the spaceship fires thrusters is James Horner's "Civilisations Brought by Sea" from Mel Gibson's Apocalypto, starting at about the 58s mark of that cue.

Idk we all know Jake and Neytiri got it on but if she has a kid Yo does that mean in 1 and 2 jake won't only be fighting another antagonist but saving his family making that much more epic O_O

That's right Norm "OMG....." who to think that some of the glass(or practically most of it) was digitally created.

After seeing all 45 minutes of deleted scenes, I was surprised that only a couple of them were worth putting back in. Most of it was just not good enough, or moved too slow. I can see why he kept them out. There was a couple scenes that would've been cool though, the "dream hunt/plasma storm", the "You're a long way from Earth/Selfridge and Quaritch", and the ceremony with drinking would have been cool, but dragged on a bit. I think he put in the right 16 minutes though.

It's too bad they didn't keep in a lot of the human deleted scenes between the actors. I hear those are great, and really would have made the movie even better.

@GordonExpress yes, it must be like those things that happen in hollywood disaster movies just before the movie ends, so as to keep a link between the movie and hte sequel, like a last remaining zombie extending hand out of the ground, or one unknown surving alien on a space ship, etc etc. That could be their beacon or surveillance stuff which they will use when they launch the second invasion with multiple reinforcements, Avatar 2 will be great
