I knew you'd love these guys. 🙂 LOL Dashy showing Dad the proper metal horns! 🤘 Avatar is so incredibly unique. I love this guitarist. His solos are masterful. The chorus riff makes me smile every time I hear it. It's such a happy major scale that It's in...almost jaunty. Fantastic reaction Dashy and Dad! Glad you're both feeling better. 🤘❤️🤘

This is my favorite band, I am SO GLAD you enjoyed it too!! I hope you'll check out more of their stuff (The King Welcomes You To Avatar Country would be a great one: you'll get to hear more of his vocal range, it's funny and it's _literally welcoming you to Avatar)!_ The Eagle Has Landed would be another good one for pretty much the same reasons 🤘 They put a lot of passion into what they're doing and they're clearly enjoying every moment of it! It's the kind of band that is even better live (Regret//House of Eternal Hunt live from Avatar Ages would be a *great* example! Along with Puppet Show at Pol'and Rock I think) They also put a lot of effort into their videos! For Torn Apart they learned how to sing it _backwards_ for the music video. Now _that's_ dedication! I hope you'll listen to more of their songs, if not for a reaction, at least in your free time! :) thanks for this reaction and I hope you'll enjoy your Avatar journey🤘

When you are ready for more Avatar, I have several suggestions. House of Eternal Hunt from Ages: Live, Bloody Angel, The Dirt I'm Buried In, Let It Burn, Secret Door (with Corey Taylor of Slipknot whistling), etc. I could put their whole discography in here if I wanted. It's a band worth more than one listen because of how vast the scope of their sound is

Regret and House of Eternal Hunt is insanely good live at Ages. Got some Iron Maiden/Judas Priest like vocals. even if you don't do a review it's definitely worth a watch.

So happy to see this amazing band getting the love they deserve! I see you already have some great requests so all I can say is delve deeper! They are self described as a "metal circus". No two songs are alike and they run the full range of metal styles and do it well without being pretentious or self important which is what I love about them. They take the music seriously but not themselves so much. I live "across the pond" from you and have not been able to catch a live show yet but they are totally brilliant live. They are a totally unique band amongst the mire of current metal.

Avatar gave us THE MOST METAL LINE EVER WRITTEN!))) ALL FLESH IS EQUAL WHEN BURNT! Seriously, you need thinking about getting a tattoo with it. Johannes took many of his stage moves from silent films and is a fan of them. Have you noticed any small references to the biblical Apocalypse?)) Colorful figurines of horses on the table (Plague, War, Famine and Death) and trumpets (angelic, seven), appearing from the barrel organ. By the way. barrel organ was built by hands of Henrik and Jonas and painted by Tim.))) Also the stage was build hands of the band.)) They're nice carpenters. Director Johan Carlen (sixth of Avatar) did a great job.) The three figures from the coffin are the bass player.) The video was supposed to be a sequel to the Smеlls like а Freakshow with the same characters. Also they have the song Pupper Show - and in barrel organ guess what?)) The song is written by guitarist Tim (without dreadlocks), and he has the same tattoo on his leg.))) Vinnie Paul also told Tim that Dimebag would like the main riff.)))) Clip scened in the middle of February 2014. To optimize the budget shot in a large garage without heat. (From Johan Carlen's Facebook) Check out Smells like a Freakshow, New Land, The Great Pretender (official video not on official page for some reason), Going Hunting, Night Never Ending, Vultures Fly, Tower, Construction of Souls.
