The person doing the voice over narration is Monk Gyatso, not Iroh. Albert Kim confirmed it.

See I thought that was Omashu, not Ba Sing Se. I wonder why Azula has her hair down, because she always have her hair up, except for the Beach episode. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Suki and the Kyoshi Warriors.

For the ozi v zuko agni ki...i mean the show just used it to explain the scar the netflix seem to be using it in a more logical way like the natural reaction when being attacked is to defend yourself no matter who it is. Him just allowing his father to do that in the show never matched who zuko is in any capacity. As for azula looking young...well she is...shes his little sister shes only 14 in the show.
