One minute in, and you've already pissed me off. *'Life Is But A Dream'* did not "fly over my head." No, I understood it perfectly. I fully comprehend how much of a rock and metal album it isn't. It was well within my intellectual capabilities to realize I was listening to something more akin to 'Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' pop-infused acid melodies than I was the lightning scorching pace of 'City of Evil' or the driving thunder and grooves of 'Nightmare.' If you're only response to constructive criticism is to dismiss it as the grumblings of the uneducated, then that means you failed. Not me. It's your job to make it comprehensive. Not mine. P.S: Why the hell is a metal band looking to Kanye and Kid Cudi for inspiration anyways?!
