A7X is a band from the new millenium, the smashing pumpkins is a band from the 80's-90's They were obviously around before some of the members were probably even born, and they do, in fact, have a song called We only come out at night. If you searched through the comments a bit further, someone replied to my initial post saying that they put the name wrong, and that the song is actually called "We come out at night"

in case you didn't know. Matt blew out his screaming voice BEFORE they finished waking the fallen. It didn't stop him from screaming at all. He just didn't want to push his luck and decided to try something new. He has been known to still scream the old songs on occasion.

Their first album was Sounding the Seventh Trumpet, originally released on a British record label called Goodlife Recordings. Then, they signed to Hopeless Records, where they released Warmness On The Soul EP, and then they rereleased Sounding the Seventh Trumpet. Common misconception.

As a guitar player I can't blame the guy. His stuff has gotten SO much more technical since CoE that you can't just flail your guitar around and actually be able to hit the song right. I love the guy then and now but that's just the way it is sometimes when you wanna step it up a notch. -DDP

Avenged lost one of the biggest pieces of their songwriting forces, so i cant blame them for losing that "edge" they had. every band who loses a member who contributes so much will change very drastically. i can still enjoy newer Avenged without Jimmy but i will never like it as much as THIS. Sounding and Waking are the greatest pieces of music i've ever heard in my life.
@syahmiAimann3 жыл бұрын
The band change to much since The Rev died
@puppetmaster85513 жыл бұрын
They aren’t bad lol, the stage was a very good album, far impressive musically as well, they’re also just so much more skilled and zacky/Syn are way way better guitarists and performers now, their only problem is Shadows Voice problems. Saying they’re bad because of money is dumb as shit. Their best live era by far was the nightmare tour and that album was huge and they were making tons of money yet they put on fantastic shows night after night after night. They matured and have made all sorts of different type of albums, the stage is prog metal, if you don’t like it that’s totally cool but don’t say dumb bullshit like they’re bad because of money which is just a ridiculous statement. Plus along the way they lost one of their best friends and drummer which had a huge impact on them, every band changes and matures with age, they’re a different band now but still a good one, you probably just like this genre more than stuff like the prog metal the stage album and that’s cool.

sure, there were some okay albums like hail to the king, but the stage was great.

he had surgery in 2002.... they released waking the fallen in 2003.... this was performed in 2004... idk why he would stop screaming in 2005 because of a surgery he had three years prior.. lol to be honest, at some point you have to make a band 'profitable'. the new genre took on in 2005 simply made more money. some call it 'selling out', i call it life.. and it gives us the opportunity to listen to a more diverse product. i listen to all 5 albums and enjoy every second of it.. you should too.
@Sinor18 жыл бұрын
the sound of screaming depends also from the method used to record the video, in this one the sound pass in the mixer and then in the recorder, in the one of the link above thd sound is taken only from the camera used to record the video so the scream result different :)
