World War Hulk movie would be Awesome

Funny enough in the She-Hulk final episode she did talk about her cousin Bruce Banner to save that for the Movies?!

I've always been saying World War Hulk works better for an Avengers movie than a solo Hulk movie, when (or if) he ever does get another solo movie I think Immortal Hulk is the best course of action.

I literally thought about this yesterday. It would be an inciting incident to bring together a new Avengers team. I even wondered if Captain America 4 could sow the seeds for this.

I hope disney can one day buy universal pictures so they can get back Hulk movie rights.

We need a redemption for the Hulk. They have treated him terribly since Endgame and I hope that we get a Hulk that all of us Hulk fans can be excited about. Hulk should be an Avengers level threat and seeing Sam create a new team of Avengers before Kang is just too genius for my brain to take anything else.

A more self-contained Avengers movie focused on building up the new team is 100% the only right way to go for Avengers 5. Sadly, I just don't see World War Hulk working out. I don't think they have the necessary pieces in place to make a proper story. It would be so out of left field, have a ton of differences to the comic story, and have the tough task of following up on things set up in She-Hulk. I don't believe it would turn out any good so I'd rather them just not do it at all.

If they go forward at a WWH movie, I hope they will include Hulk characters like Zzyzax and Rick Jones as well as introduce more Avengers realm heroes like Wonder Man or Swordsman.

I like the idea of the antagonist of Avengers 5 being the Hulk himself. I also like the idea of bringing in Devil Hulk, but you would need to explain to the audience on how Devil Hulk was made and explain the entirety of Bruce's backstory and his DID condition. Because we haven't seen any other personas of Hulk like Joe Fixit, Green Scar and Devil Hulk. I think the best way to bring in someone like Devil Hulk is to have Savage Hulk evolve/grow into Devil Hulk. Because Savage Hulk has the IQ of a 5 year old, just have him grow up inside Bruce's mind. Getting smarter and smarter. Until he figures out the bigger picture and the true motivations behind 'Smart Hulk', he'll most likely get really pissed at Bruce for doing him dirty. Then Hulk becomes more and more antagonistic towards Bruce to where he locks Bruce in his mind permanently.

People have been way too hateful about this stuff and I love this angle

I like that idea, I know a lot of people aren't happy with Hulk, me I'm ok with it, but I understand. Also will join and defend phase 4 with you, as long as we fix that Time Machine!

still don’t get why they didn’t go the New Avengers direction. Wait three years after endgame and release in 2022. But with COVID that would 2023. The New Avengers comic the first few issues and themes is a good template for a return.

I also wanna say it would be poetic if the new avengers lost to Kang despite being united and a larger group with more power. If they avengers lost to thanos because they were divided after civil war, then the new avengers losing despite being on their best game would be more epic! Then if they destroy the multiverse and do secret wars, they can have a multiversal team of avengers defeat Kang. Multiversal threats require multiversal solutions! And the heroes losing against the big bad before winning with their smarts and heroism (time travel or multiverse shenanigans) is just icing on the cake for any story with superheroes

Yeah they should’ve had avengers 5 movie in phase 4, Kang doesn’t need to be the villain in that, you could do something smaller scale like Aim or Super Adaptoid be the villain of that film, cause we need to establish a core six before we get to our big bad and I’d argue the main character for mcu right now should be Doctor strange, if not him then Antman or maybe Spider-Man, someone who’s got experience with the multiverse

No it would make more sense for Cap 4 or Thunderbolts to turn into a WW Hulk movie than Avengers 5. Even Thor 5 can be Thor vs Hercules vs Hulk. But Avengers 5 needs to be about reassembling the Avengers. And more specifically to really save the MCU they really need to actually show Steve Rodgers returning stones, and handing soul stone to Clint and saving Nat then wearing a Widows mask to final meeting. Because no way he could have just lived his life in that timeline it gotta be addressed, plus him and Nat have had a clear onscreen thing since Winter Soldier. Also show Dr. Strange using time stone to reverse Tony death right after battle then using the runes of Kafkala spell to make everybody forget because Tony just wanted to live secluded with Pepper and his daughter. So the threat in Avengers 5 has to be Kang level to bring them back out plus Kang himself would have knowledge of this.

Maybe World War Hulk will get us back a more rage Hulk back but with one what still as a brain like the comics

They had a chance to make a new Avengers movie with Secret Invasion but nah they chose to make a generic spy show...

There is only one reason this wont happen. I want it to so badly aswell but it just cannot. Why? In the world war hulk arc in the comics, he goes to... Sakarr. So with that, being he was already there in Thor ragnarok, there's no way things could happen in the same way. However, if you just mean a Avengers vs Hulk movie? I'm so down. Hell, they even cast someone to play Sentry from what I heard.

When did the TVA give Marvel an out with Kang? You need to go back and listen to He Who Remains and Mobius’ dialogue in the season 2 finale. You are letting reports override what’s actually transpiring . The TVA we followed in Loki doesn’t stand a chance against ANY KANG VARIANT. He Who Remains made that clear on at least 2 seperate occasions . Loki made this clear in like half of season 2 . If you think they stand a chance you don’t understand what you’ve been watching or you haven’t really been paying attention.

Scar as the villain im lost

You haven’t really said why he’d go full savage. Scaar as the villain is a cool twist, but no way Bruce Banner loses control for no reason; he knows the risks, man.

I rather see a DC movie where Superboy Prime wreaks all the earth’s supes and the Green Lantern corp.

Kang vs the x men and bring back on set effects instead of cgi everything. Cause my main complaint other than terrible writing is the special effects suck ass compared to the earlier movies.
