Hey Bob I completely understand your frustrations and apologize, on behalf of the whole team, for keeping you waiting. I know you've been excited to get the piece for a long time now, and you shouldn't have had to wait this long to get it. We promised a delivery date that wasn't met and that date has been moved back several times... As you know, our A10 Cerakote models have been a huge challenge to make perfectly every time. Applying the coating in several flawless layers is very difficult and there is therefore a very high rate of failure. When applying the gloss coating (for example) the Cerakote will tend to bubble, run or drip. When that happens we have to start all over again by sand blasting the case and returning it to it's raw state. The good news, as we've spoken about, is that your piece has passed all the coating phases. It's in queue for final inspections and will be processed soon as possible for you. I'll let you know once it's ready to be packed and shipped mate. Can't wait for you to get it, I know you're going to love it! Jesse ✌

@@stockholmpublishings2937 we can produce and have gotten fantastic feedback from those who've received. Good things take time. A little more time than we had planned for, but things don't always go to plan.

They have always replied to my emails and they have kept up with me over the last year to let me know what is happening, but they keep giving me delivery dates and then it keeps changing this has happened for many months.

Damage control. Instead of spending their time defending the brand they should fulfill the orders and stop bitchin.

@@purplerain266 excuse/reason … I can only say about my experience and yeah it’s been a bit drawn out but Aventi always kept me updated. I got my watch 2 days ago and it’s incredibly good, the quality and detail is there for sure. For a big watch it wears really well. There will always be sceptics but now I have it I’m glad I waited rather than got my money back.

@@blobby273 it's not about who owned or invented the item, you're talking about where it's made. Apple is Made in China brother, even if it's 'Designed in California'. Our watches are designed and owned by Australians. We make them in Hong Kong because that's the best place to do it.

To be honest it's never been a funding issue for us. We're just very strict about what passes our quality control and what we release for shipment. If it takes more time to produce a perfect product then we will always opt for that. The materials we've chosen to work with are also not easy to work with so we created our own unique set of challenges there too. The goal is the end result for the customer, which we've seen incredible feedback from. Really excited for Bob to experience that soon as possible too! Thanks for your comment, Jesse ✌

@@AventiWatch Not really. You bash Rolex all the time, at least their factory can produce actual high quality watches. Your factories, according to yourself, are shit, which is why you have to QA so much that you can't even pass them further down the line. Regardless those are huge warning signs. Delayed production and the products you are actually putting are are breaking.

@@AventiWatch All used Jesse. I am a man of my word, I don't beg for people to take my money. I work to hard for it. I've always found that to be such a palaver, and a bit of an insult to customers. Same thing when Ford released the new GT a few years ago and made people write an essay to maybe get an allocation, like they were still in grade school. So don't take it personal, I've just never found that business practice from anyone to be productive. Lastly, I will say if I do ever pickup one of your watches, I will be the Blue Sapphire, you all did nail the styling on that.

@@HJW018 I hear you mate, that's fantastic. I bet you have some cracking pieces in that collection too! We have a very strict allocation process for our unlisted pieces because we're only making a few of them. If we could make them more readily available then we might do that (given that the value remains high). The raw materials are expensive and difficult to source, which makes the end product out of most people's reach. Bob wasn't denied an allocation for the Ruby A11, he simply made an enquiry about it. We let him know the steps involved in getting one, but the way we communicated that could have been much better. It made him feel as though he wasn't a part of our family, and as though we don't value him. Which isn't true. We're going to do much better next time and work to constantly improve our communications. Oh and I really appreciate the love for our Royal Blue Sapphire A11! Creating that was such an achievement and a real milestone for us. Thanks, Jesse ✌
