As someone that deliveries freight for a living. It sounds like either harbor freight messed up, or the delivery service didn’t read what they call accessorial charges. For example, when I deliver to homes I do not go inside a home regardless of what the paperwork says; my companies liability insurance doesn’t cover damages, and you could harm me or say I harmed you. It stays by the mail box for giant crates. Harbor freight probably payed standard freight, and not for “white glove service”. I don’t do white glove, and regardless of what a supervisor says corporate policy is we don’t do white glove.
