Great video as usual. And you are so right by sayin AVIANCA is an expensive low cost carrier. The only reason I would fly it is they are the only ones offering non stop service from SFO TO SAL.

They monopolize some routes from/to SAL, SFO & YYZ between them

The arrival of the new seats has been a really sad farewell to the old good Avianca days where they had a constant and phenomenal Business Class service. I will definitely miss those days, on December I will be flying TA451 from MIA to SAL via MGA on one of the last a319 with the BC seat, it will be my final experience on the AV/TA fleet :(

Being assigned an A319 is a big deal since you got those cormftable seats if you pay the upgrade and has more legroom in coach and IFE if you're traveling in N522TA & N703AV. Definitely miss those TACA fleet interiors. I did a video on the same route operated by the last A320 neo with IFE. That aircraft was just great. @@WSAirplanes it would be great to see that video, one thing I certainly don’t like is that AV charges double for seat selection just because of the stopover in MGA where you don’t even get off the plane, it’s disappointing to see the stupid ways they take away our money.

Avianca is turning too low cost. Business Class at expensive level and was worse than Spirit to me. If flying to Latin America next time, would fly Aeromexico or LATAM instead.
