Is it true that it is impossible to get level 6 when you’re having test right after finishing college ?

Do you mean Russia?;) I'm pretty sure, you'll face some kind of biased attitude, sorry to disappoint you. Factor in the actual place where you are taking your test, and the fact of you buying a prep course at that school, the company's policy ('we-don't-grant-level-6-to-residents'). Nonetheless, I encourage you to set this goal and strive for it.
