The kitchen has to be relayed out. The refrigerator in the middle of the counter is just not working. Put it to the left of the sink, move the dishwasher to the right where you had the refrigerator and put in a gas oven where you have ONLY a cooktop. Other than that, this is an absolutely GORGEOUS house. Love the windows, the design, and the way you have it set up.

I have some style problems here, like the stonework at the cooktop, the seating for dining and the master bathtub type. There is no oven, and the place needs a pantry and a laundry room. I do like the provision for access to a basement.

I would lose that peninsula in the kitchen and put a wall oven and microwave there. Ditch the table in the living area to create more space there and lose that dining setup in the kitchen and put an appropriate sized island more in the kitchen there and just have a round dining set in the bay space and lose the built in benches. Why is there a need for two showers in either bathroom? Especially those space age looking round things that only a toddler could fit in. I would ditch the tubs and have walk in showers. Believe me when you are older you don’t want to be “climbing “ in and out of those behemoth tubs. What is the square footage of this model? And there does need to be a laundry that can handle a side by side washer and dryer. Never have cared for stackable. They are not for short people. I am impressed with the half bath at the entrance. Well done on that. All in all not a bad little plan.

@@miss_mish I’m entitled to my opinion even if it doesn’t match up with yours. If the architect is indeed a professional, he/she will take these comments as constructive criticism and improve the product. Not everyone will like the same floor plan. Being different is what makes the world go round but you can be a minion if you choose to do so. I will not.

A very nice house in the main part, but you REALLY need to take cooking lessons so uou learn how a kitchen functions. The layout is particularly poor.

The entry into the living room is too cramped and narrow and the bulky fireplace sticking out, adds to the problem. Looks like W & D are in the master bedroom? The banked seating for eat in kitchen looks super uncomfortable with the dining 'island' being too far from the sitting area. Would be better to put a table there and do away with that island. As for the Outside, the curb appeal is Wonderful!

Hello, I watched your video of the house presentation and was horrified that you could do something like this in 2024 in such a cathastrphically bad style. Whoever was responsible for the exterior design and the use of materials in the interior is a real bungler. Not only did he choose completely flat textures, but you could see that he had no idea about texture tiling. My friend's six-year-old daughter now delivers better results with Unreal Engine 5. The presentation and choice of materials almost looks as if the creator had quickly scribbled the whole thing in AutoCAD. I work in 3D myself. I would be really ashamed to present something like this to anyone or upload it to KZfaq. The Unreal Engine is free to use and has so much to offer to show what you've created in a better light. I really thought about giving you a thumbs up for the overall presentation before writing this comment, but sorry, I can't do that. I would like to show, if my time allows, what you can get out of something like this with the Unreal Engine. - It would be nice to have a chat despite the harsh comments.
