I'd love to see this home with a 3bed 2½ bath, and loft floorplan. But the front door needs to open farther on the right or left...or the staircase needs to be re-positioned. I love the inside of this home. The exterior facade is lovely, but more "liveable" outdoor space would be perfect. The 2½ bath plan would involve both full baths having separate bathtubs and showers footprints. The kitchen in this home is quite spectacular, as are the family room and dining area. I really like the open space there. Please work on possibly making the necessary front entry alteration needed on this plan, and making a 3bed, 2½bath alternative plan. Thanks Jasper! Keep up the good work!

WOW! It's amazing, love the entrance and the brick on the wall, love the living room w/ that beautiful fireplace, love the kitchen and dining room w/ that dining table, love the master bedroom w/ a beautiful closet, the bathroom w/ the design and the 2 bedroom, the upstairs could be a family room w/ movies, alone time room for relaxing time , a game room w/ video games , a person could make it anything ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

A very spacious living area! One might opt to compromise that spaciousness and extend the loft to create an enclosed sleeping area and a bath. The kitchen has few upper cabinets and no pantry!

This is a great home inside and out. Very functional kitchen and the loft could serve a multitude of functions! My only gripe is entry storage (as per). Superb home - would definitely live here!

Where are the utilities? I see the stacking washer and dryer but no place for electrical and HVAC

Usually these houses the living room is too small in my opinion. This one is great. Want to see this house be PERFECT? A larger window in the dining area, a pantry, a laundry and possibly some windows at the ends of the loft. I really do like this one just the way it is though.

What a nice open floor plan! I love it but even this home has its drawbacks. Closet (2?) spaces vs mechanical room in the master? Laundry area is quite tight! Would it accommodate a large stackable washer and dryer without having to remove the door and its frame? 2nd bedroom might have to give up its closet for adequate laundry space. Master bath is over the top. For me, much of it is wasted space but a sink & part of the countertop could be removed in favor of the washer and dryer which would give it direct external venting which I prefer. Kitchen has no pantry but is large enough to use cabinet space. The loft is likely large enough for 2 queen beds and a closed in storage area for holiday decorations. Wish it had a half bath up there too. Not sure if the floor plan is salvageable for us or not but it could have the one we go with. 😮

Where’s the laundry? With 1400 sq feet it needs 3 bedrooms. Beautiful airy house tho.

Hey, Jasper! (no, I haven't given up!) Very bad feng shui having front door open directly in front of staircase -- to nowhere, for no discernible purpose. Chi (& prosperity) will rush up and out of the home. Again, an open floor plan sacrifices kitchen space (with inadequate storage), allows cooking odors to permeate the entire house, including open upstairs. Far too many competing textured patterns leaving no room for artwork. What's with the "mystery" doors in the primary bathroom; closets? Without a closet in that first bedroom, it's really not a bedroom. Second bathroom is too far from second (dinky) bedroom. No pantry; no laundry room; no closets; no rear exit; and, again, loads of unused space wasted outdoors. Keep working on it!

Dear Elizabeth..... Look again or just look at the floor plan. The 1st bedroom.... The closet is to the left of the bed if your at the foot of it. The mystery doors in the master bedroom..... closets. How close do you need the bathroom to the bedroom? As for your comment on cooking orders going throughout the house? Guess your cooking stinks. I love the way both my wife's and my cooking "smells up the house". Artwork? Exactly how much room do you need? I like an uncluttered house so not much "artwork" on the floor. Plenty of space on the walls to hang pictures, picture boxes, etc. I kinda see where your coming from about no rear exit/entry. Maybe put a door in each bedroom??? Also agree about the pantry and laundry. But.... If you saw the door between that 1st bedroom and the bathroom.. That's a closet. Stackable washer and dryer should fit or just use one of the closets in the master bath. And..... I saw a place for a pantry. Maybe not a large one but at the end of the breakfast bar, there is room for one there. Iam not hating on your comments just trying to help you use a little imagination on what can be done. Plans can be manipulated. Kinda like what I see for the loft area..... 3rd bedroom with full bath? A gameroom with pool table? A movie theater? A place for Artwork? Ect..ect...ect. Like I say... Just trying to help you see what can be done with this house. 🌹Have a BEAUTIFUL day! 🌹

P.S.: I can cook (very well), but my husband is a retired restaurateur and chef, among other things, so I don't have to cook. I'm a spoiled brat who doesn't want my furniture smelling of food! We simply see open floor plans as passé and, being the daughter of a late interior designer, if one has to "explain" a floor plan, it needs work. 😉
