Thanks for the video. When I try to use the fomula to get values against IP address(Ex.,10.17.100.10, 10.17.101,10) the output is same. How to get appropriate values? Could you guide?

Thanks Jeff! I totally got stuck on this exact problem and didn't know the value function would work. Looking up zip codes with an apostrophe in front of it would hopefully work for next time.

The other issue could be arrays that don't match in size

This one gets me a lot. In my first array I might capture the column header, but forget in the second array😊... My short term memory is literally that 😞...now my golden rule is to capture the header every time.
