Today it's time to replace the Red Sea ReefMat 1200 Roll. We're going to look at how to replace the Red Sea ReefMat Roll for my ReefMat 1200 that was installed a few video's ago in the Red Sea 625xl G2. When taking off old roll just turn the opposite way while pulling and it will come off very easy

Hi, I've just replaced my Fleece roll yesterday, and to be honest, I can't see any reason why the clips need to face you. It's just the instructions tell you to do it this way. Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for supporting my channel 😀

Hi, I find mine lasts for just over 2 months. However, I do have a messy Porcupine Puffer, so when he's moved out, I would expect it to last a bit longer. Thanks for supporting my channel 😀

DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!! I bought three 1200s for my 750 gallon tank. They became amphipod and pineapple sponge breeding facilities. Red Sea has ZERO support. I gave them away.

That's a shame you've had troubles. I would have had them off you!! 😀 When my Red Sea 425xl seal started splitting, I found their customer service to be very good. I must admit my Reefmat does have some sponges on it, but it comes out every 6 months for a complete strip down and clean. Otherwise, I just clean the parts that need cleaning during the fleece roll replacement. I would definitely buy another if required as it's so easy to take apart, clean, and replace the roll. Thanks for supporting my channel 😀
