The early pioneers had a vision to build a college, so they went ahead and secured a plot of land. However, this would be a contentious decision with some saying that the land wasn't worth buying. Avondale College was built in Cooranbong, Australia and in due time the doubters would be proven incorrect. This was to be another instance where Inspiration and Providence confounded the wisdom of the world.
