I like that this house has high ceilings. High ceilings help circulate air well. More so, if the living room and lanai are facing the east, it would not be too expensive to make the other rooms cooler. However, the kitchen backsplash should have been considered. It was too plain, for me. And I agree with the others indicating that there wasn't even an oven. Contemporary homes nowadays have dedicated built-in spaces, not on countertops, for appliances such as the microwave and oven.

I would like to see the ''nice view'' in the kitchen that it was said. 😅 And the staff room could be a bit bigger I guess (162 SQM the whole house). Right? Or is it called jail room?
