Even though the title says "Divine Feminine" anyone can use this, and it is recommended you do so regardless of who you are. We all have both masculine and feminine energies within us but I urge you not to get too caught up in the terminology. I think it's best to use terms that resonate most with you! People often confuse energies with gender or sex. Masculine energy doesn't mean male energy or a man's being. It just represents energy. It could literally be called hippopotamus, as long you have your knowledge of what the energy is and stands for! The same applies to feminine energy!
What happens is that the energies work together, like teamwork! No one person does all of the work in a group, you both have tasks you do to ensure that your project is completed and with excellence. That's how masculine and feminine energy works. I would also like to note that one is not "dominant" over the other in the sense that there should be control or hierarchy. The feminine energy guides and assists and the masculine energy follows through on the guidance, in a healthy way. Please note again that this isn't relating to gender or sex, but energies and you can have your own terms to substitute in place of feminine and masculine.
