The Meditation is very useful, way to help calm an unquiet brain, There are many different types of meditation, but one of the easiest for beginners is to just focus on your breathing, We can define meditation as thinking quietly about what is going on in the present.🧘

Not gonna lie, this is my first time meditating. I started crying trying to just focus on breath. I don’t know what that means but I think it means I’m holding on to too much, and need to let go. Thanks for letting me share. 🙏🏻

It would be better if the sencond background music is much more pleasant. It is like going suddently from low freeequency to high freequency. But I really love the voice of the instructor.
