I have been listening to this for a few days now. I started off with nighttime sleep meditation and was pleased there were no adds, then I decided to use it for morning meditation. It has been so extremely calming and powerful definitely allowed my intuition to flow and helped me focus on my third eye, I even decided to play it while I was creating different things and it was very helpful through all this.
