If you want to recover from mast cell activation, you must identify hidden irritants and remove them. Without doing so, you will be stuck in an endless cycle of reactivity.
In this video, I will cover various things which will help you to identify and remove these triggers. Take a look below at the points I will be addressing:
1. Brief background about my recovery from mast cell activation
2. Various signs that a histamine reaction is happening
3. Most common food triggers, how food can aggravate symptoms

Also, you recommend always bovine colostrum right? Isn’t that an animal product? I assume that’s just an exception

I am not against all animal products, I just make sure they are limited. Raw milk products/colostrum is very different than traditional dairy in the stores. Thanks for your comment and question.

Yes, mag glycinate if you are not doing that already; apigenin, chrysin, sodium butyrate are also good if taken directly before bed, you can combine one of them with magnesium if needed, I would not take all at once! In addition, I wouldn't take the same thing every night or you can develop tolerance to it. The key is figuring out what you took or ate that evening that may have disturbed sleep, in most cases the body is triggered in to fight or flight somehow, which then makes it harder to sleep since histamine and stress hormones become elevated - must remove triggers before adding supplements or won't get lasting results
