yes,but.the good part is that its gonna cost 1/8th of that of steel. Use other shapes instead of balls to make it slimmer. Add some scrap metal/gravel etc n make it heavy. whole purpose of the video is for people who cant afford products with fancy prices!

Yes but weights are like houses atm stupid prices, no one is paid enough in their job to afford a traditional setup after price gouging Unless you know how to do metalwork and forge weld from scrap metal, you've got nothing, unless you seek alternatives

Would definitely be better just to get a big sandbag, fill it with the desired amount of sand and rocks and lift that instead of wasting time buying plastic pipes and cement in order to make clumsy 8 pound dumbbells or whatever. One big weight lifting sandbag can be curled, rowed, shrugged, pressed (to some degree), lifted, squatted and thrown, and you can progressively add weight as you go along. 🤷‍♂️

@@dradeel Nah man those dumbells look better, just add bodyweight training and use those dumbells to burn out, sandbags should be a part of your training, not your only training
