Awesome K5LA's! Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) Trains - 2023

ACE trains in Stockton, Tracy, and Lathrop, CA in late September 2023. Caught two days worth of eastbound runs toward Stockton with the cabcars leading. The K5LA's are top notch, and this go around they had some of the best ones leading: ACEX 3302, 3305, and my personal favorite 3307. These all are loud and sound awesome!
Also caught a lone westbound run to San Jose in the morning with the doubleheader F40PH set. Good to see some F40's still active on a mainline in 2023!
I fanned the East end of the line in Tracy and Stockton...I got some great audio of the trains arriving and departing the massive horn alley of downtown Stockton! There's 10 crossings back to back for about a mile starting with Scotts Ave ending at Park St.

The Ace SC 44 charger locomotives are my favorite train 🚂 locomotives models because i love the designs colors and train 🚂 locomotives models itself it been my favorite train 🚂 locomotives models since it started service 5 years ago

Unbelievable! Amazing K5LA’s and catches! Yeah man ACE and TriRail are probably my top favorites when it comes to commuter train K5LA’s! Too bad I live right in the center of the states almost Florida is far and CA is far. 😭

Thanks...Ya not many horns sound this way in American railroading anymore unfortunately... The cabcars are ridiculous! Loud too! 3307 is prime time!! You at least get some 42's by ya still! Film all the good ones while you can...that's one of the last few good things Amtrak has to offer
