That is a variegated ice plant at around 19:03. Some people call it baby sun rose or mezzo trailing red or something similar. I’ve grown it for years outdoors and kind of use it as a living mulch or ground cover. I’ve never thought to try it inside! It blooms almost year round here (8b) and is frost tolerant. I can’t imagine it blooming much indoors but the foliage is beautiful regardless.

My chameleon new stem the leaves are not lime color. They come out like the other leaves. Are you in Texas? If so not close to the storm

I stopped following Jaclyn when her and her boyfriend started making videos giving attention to negative comments by responding to them and the overall attitude they were having was kinda toxic :(
