bc mars/pa divine was too op ever since divine also gives skill amp, now you must switch to decide if you need more atk (regular yellow/red) or skill amp(blue)

is the new usability for it, if you use the rapier in the inventory it causes you to alternate between +25% arcane amplification or 250 additional attack damage (in addition to the 100)

you must not really know dota then. Turbo matches always start with flying couriers hasted at 1,100 movespeed. You can see in 2:27 that he uses his walking courier, and seconds before that he also kills an enemy courier. Creep bounties and exp are doubled as well but you see the normal amount of gold they give. Skill issue on your end. No denying this was a low mmr game though
