I just got a Deadbolt and I've had a C10 for 2 years . The dead bolt is way quieter and smoother running . They are better now so it makes since to upgrade that . The Bronco is a shelf queen or Sunday afternoon joy ride .

I had a jlu paper weight laying on my desk for 2 year in a 1/10 guy finally gave in and went out for a 10 minute ride never turned back...something about controlling a smaller vehicle for a distance is very calming..modding it now no expenses lol..my local shop does .15% off so got a deadbolt can't wait to get into it ...I have a new trx4m bronco you should check em out if u haven't very impressive base starter to build on

i got the deadbolt the wrangler and gladiator love them all. you can find the deadbolt on sale for 100 bucks from time to time

Do you know why they stopped the Betty ? I end up getting the 2019 Rubicon because I loved the look. My next one will be the gladiator for my son and after that the deadbolt as my upgrade rig . I plan on keeping all my license stuff fully stock .. that’s why I bought them

I'm about to buy a SCX24 deadbolt. It'd be to crawl with, so i don't want a good looking body. But i'd need a good low speed control. You say the Bronco ESC is smoother. Do you mean the Deadbolt has bouncy reacts on the rocks ? Nice MG B, on the background ! 👍😉

It just feels smoother the deadbolt isnt jerky but feels like it’s binding slightly I love my deadbolt I use it way more then the bronco lol

@@RCCarfleetthe Deadbolt is short wheelbase so it doesn’t respond well to longer shocks and big wheels. It crawls better stock. Like you say the drivetrain binds when you lift them. The Deadbolt is by far the best crawler OOTB. I have them all and it’s the best. The Gladiator is a close second. The Bronco is a dud OOTB. Beautiful rig but way top heavy. I removed the roof add ons and the rear spare and I crawls similar to the Gladiator. The new ESC is a little better but with practice I can crawl my older rigs equally. Most folks stab the throttle. They respond well to gentle throttle applications. I like your video thank you.

Nice comparison! Up to now I always only drive 1:10. Maybe I will also try 1:24 cause it looks nice. If I had to choose, I would prefer the Bronco as my priority is scale (however crawling ability also is important). Thanks for that!

Going to look at one of these tomorrow at my local hobby store. I'm an old school fan of the Losi Micro and Mini R/C Models. These are scaled up in comparison, but I have high hopes!

Ya the deadbolt has high medium low but not a two speed trans Bronco just has none of that

I when DB to crawl rather then staying scale. Was put off the new V2's as the new esc can't do brushless. Don't know what Axial is thinking doing that. Maybe they are planning to come out with their own brushless motors and esc and want to trap people in their brand ecosystem. Big mistake IMO. The Bronco and Glad. look great though.
