Huge shout out to my buddy for running this mission with me and doing it so damn cleanly. He plays in ultra-wide so i apologize for the awkward zoom at times, although I think it looks alright.

Great video! It's worth mentioning that if you play pub co-op (as I do) you WILL come across greenbeards that don't communicate at all. If you can't use chat to (politely) encourage them to pay attention to pings etc, it is often a good idea to "shadow" them as they tackle the objectives in whichever order they want to, as splitting up or focusing on different things will potentially expose the team to more hazards. If they are about to run into a hazardous situation, maybe hang back, play it safe until you are in a position to revive. This for me is a very rewarding way to play - and you usually get some form of appreciation from your fellow Dwarves. So save a life, adopt a greenbeard... Rock and Stone Brothers!

rewatching the in the mind of the and this video im now realizing that axis is mining in a very particular way. He hits whatever surface however many times until its one hit away, then he does the final swing to destroy it in a slightly farther spot. Doing this causes the terrain to break from wherever axis was hitting it before and where he hit it last, causing a bigger area to break.

Awesome video, I just did my first promotion...and have never played outside of a solo mission with Bosco 😅 Looking to actually do co-op soon, so this helps a lot Also, did they swap around the spam-deposit bug? I noticed it didn't work on mineheads anymore, but now it works on Molly in the video?

I started off like that as well. I was worried i didn't know enough about the game and would be doing everything wrong. I played solo into i got comfortable with using driller and understood each mission etc. My advice is don't worry about Looking like a green beard and just get the job done. The most fun comes from having other teammates with you. The sooner you play co-op the better

Not a bug, just an exploit of the way the mechanic works. First tick of depositing can be repeated faster than the tickrate of holding deposit if you're quick enough. Works the same way everywhere.

@@You-fools Yes, but before the patch, you just had to spam interact on a minehead; it didn't work on Molly. Now it works on anything, you just have to spam BETWEEN interact and pickaxe/laser/last weapon (pickaxe being easiest). He did a follow up video on it

@@zerozone5848 I wonder if it's not just a driller that froze the weak spot so you can be right (I now it is a possibility because even though it doesn't show nor seems like it, you can freeze bet-C's sucker things to get triple damage, scout is best at the job for me because of single target damage)

Separate question: you’re fast-mining in this video. Since s2, I’ve found fast mining to have been removed. Releasing right click will not make mining faster and actually slows it down. But in this footage it’s working just fine for you. Is this pre-u36? Or is there more to the cancelling technique now? Additionally you’ve spamming deposit. Why?

When you start depositing, you actually deposit a heap of about 10-20 minerals instantly before the constant drain that happens for the rest of the animation. So, by canceling the animation repeatedly with the pickaxe, he can get that heap insert with every press of the E key, which far outpaces the normal mineral drain you get when you just let the animation play.

@@Shiv-ym1rr It never needed fixing, but they tried to patch it out anyway. The irony is, they actually just made it better. Now it works on Molly (didn't used to), with high ping (didn't used to), and I think it might actually be faster now. They should have just left it alone.

Yeah, but it adds up if you save the time over a few missions to include a few more missions this way during your play season. After a while, the raw number of increased mission completions obliterates the small amount of xp you lose.

Why waste a nuke in your inventory on nothing to save from wasting a nuke in the resupply? I don't see any benefit.

Because the ammo is a fixed amount, it wouldn't get an extra nuke on the ressuply so it would be a waste either way. And shooting it is more fun than not shooting it c:

Yep, approved mods are bad enough modifying payouts to be higher and disabling bugs, and now we got verified cheat mods. It’s pretty great

@@AxisKronos worst I've seen was 2x equipment thats just straight doubles the strength of mods and overclocks. Like 990 damage hyper prop with 20 shots XD
